Eyewear Frame

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of eyewear frames from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Here are the details:

  • Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the eyewear frame(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Refund process: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they are in new and unused condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the eyewear frame(s) for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with the exchange process.
  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect.

Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Additionally, any personalized or custom-made eyewear frames may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Contact Lenses

  • If you are not satisfied with your contact lenses, you may return them within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
  • The contact lenses must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Prescription Lenses

  • Prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or the prescription was incorrectly filled.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item(s) arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a refund or exchange.
  • We may require proof of damage, such as a photo, before issuing a refund or exchange.
